Terms and Conditions – 889u Platform Rules & Policy

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 889u ("the Platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the 889u website and all services accessible through it, including sports betting, slot games, bingo, jackpot games, and the VIP programme.

By creating an account on 889u, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

889u is an online gaming platform operated for players in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and through payment methods that support Pakistan-based transactions, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, and cards.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on 889u, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 889u is strictly an adult platform and does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering for your own personal use, not on behalf of another person.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed 889u account under the same identity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register that would restrict your access to online gaming platforms.

889u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restriction until verification is complete.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 889u. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended. Balances across duplicate accounts may be combined, adjusted, or forfeited at the platform's discretion depending on the circumstances of the duplication.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. 889u will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of your credentials being accessed by a third party where that access resulted from your failure to keep them secure.

You must not allow any other person to access or use your 889u account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately and change your password.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account is accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information — including using a false name, date of birth, or payment details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

889u accounts are for personal, recreational use only. Using an account for any commercial purpose, as part of a syndicate arrangement, or in connection with a business or third-party operation is prohibited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 889u are conducted in PKR. The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your 889u account balance in PKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically process in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. 889u does not apply a fee to incoming deposits from the platform side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 889u is not responsible.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 889u payments team. Standard processing times apply, with VIP members at higher tiers receiving faster withdrawal handling. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method that has been verified and is registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Before processing a withdrawal, 889u may require identity verification or proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard procedure and applies to all players regardless of account history. Providing false or altered documentation in connection with a withdrawal request is a serious breach of these Terms.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• 888u reserves the right to request the source of funds for large transactions as part of standard account management.
• Players may not deposit funds with the intention of withdrawing without placing bets. Deposits followed immediately by withdrawal requests without meaningful gaming activity may be reviewed.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

889u offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentive offers to both new and existing account holders. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are displayed at the point of claiming. It is your responsibility to read and understand the conditions attached to any bonus before accepting it.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 889u promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, or per payment method, as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses claimed through accounts that are found to be duplicate accounts, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these Terms will be voided.
• 889u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Wagering contributions from different game types (slots, sports betting, bingo) may vary. The contribution rates for each game type are detailed in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing bets specifically designed to exploit wagering requirements — will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided and the account being reviewed.

06 Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on 889u are accepted at the price displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are fixed and will not change regardless of subsequent market movements, except in specific circumstances outlined below.

889u offers betting on cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, ODI series, and other international cricket fixtures — as well as football, esports, and other sporting events as listed on the platform at any given time.

• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the platform's settlement window, or if the market is settled in error. Voided bets are returned at the original stake in PKR.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time pricing. 889u reserves the right to suspend in-play markets during critical moments of a match, such as a wicket falling in cricket or a goal in football.
• Settlement: Bets are settled according to official results as published by the relevant sporting body. In the case of cricket, official results from the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC) are used.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed within each market. Bets that would result in winnings above the published limit may be accepted at a reduced stake or declined.
• Errors: If odds are published in error due to a technical fault or human error, 889u reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price. Players will be informed of any such voiding and stakes returned.

Betting on 889u is for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to use automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets is prohibited and will result in account suspension and bet voiding.

07 Games & Fairness

All slot games and jackpot titles available on 889u use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means that each spin outcome is independently determined by a random process and is not influenced by previous results, your account balance, your playing history, or any other factor. The RNG certification ensures that results are genuinely random and that the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate over a statistically significant sample of spins.

Bingo games on 889u use the same independently certified random draw system. Numbers are drawn randomly for each game, and the outcome is not predetermined or influenced by the platform.

Published RTP figures represent the theoretical return to all players over a large number of game rounds. They do not guarantee individual session results. A game with a 96% RTP does not mean you will receive PKR 96 back for every PKR 100 you wager in a single session — the RTP figure is a statistical long-run average, not a session-by-session guarantee.

08 VIP Programme

The 889u VIP programme rewards players who use the platform regularly. VIP points are earned on qualifying real-money stakes across all eligible game types, including sports betting, slot games, and bingo. The rate at which points are earned may differ between game types and is displayed within the VIP programme section of the platform.

VIP tiers, point requirements, rewards, and benefits are subject to change. 889u reserves the right to adjust the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds, and benefit levels at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active VIP members before they take effect where reasonably practicable.

• VIP status and accumulated points are associated with your individual account and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Points earned through bonus funds or free bets may not count towards VIP tier progression. Eligible earning methods are detailed within the VIP section.
• VIP cashback and other rewards are credited according to the schedule and method applicable to each tier. Cashback is typically credited as bonus funds subject to the standard wagering conditions.
• 889u reserves the right to downgrade or remove VIP status where an account has been found to breach these Terms.

09 Responsible Gaming

889u is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The following tools are available to all account holders and can be activated directly from your account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit within a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a waiting period before they take effect.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set amount of time on the platform, prompting you to take a break or log out.
• Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined number of days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in to your account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your account for a minimum exclusion period. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or exercise your data rights at any time by contacting the support team. Withdrawal of consent for essential data processing may affect your ability to use the platform.

889u does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and other third-party service providers strictly in connection with the operation of your account and the platform services.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

889u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading registration or verification information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion
• Using automated software or bots to interact with the platform
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Account inactivity beyond the period defined in these Terms
• Any behaviour that 889u reasonably considers to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games and markets

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and returned once the matter is resolved, if appropriate.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Pending bets will be settled before final closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

Inactive accounts: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. 889u may apply an inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts as detailed in the fee schedule within your account. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

12 Liability & Disputes

889u provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous access to all services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside our control may affect platform availability from time to time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 889u's liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the value of your real-money account balance at the time the claim arises. 889u is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or you have a dispute relating to a transaction or game outcome, you must raise the dispute with the support team within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

All dispute decisions made by 889u following a reasonable investigation are final. You are entitled to raise unresolved disputes through the complaints procedure detailed on the platform, and 889u will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

13 Changes to These Terms

889u may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform services, payment methods, legal requirements, or operational needs. The effective date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 889u will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders before the changes take effect, for example by displaying a notification when you next log in to the platform.

Continued use of the 889u platform after an update to these Terms is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
